Sovereign Homes was founded in 2000 by Howard King and was initially the 'elite' section of Ashwood Homes, (Lincolnshire's leading independent house developer). The Company was sold in the summer of 2005, but Sovereign Homes remained, along with 10 members of the original Ashwood Homes team, and we continue to produce and maintain our reputation for quality of design and traditional build.

Focusing on harmonising designs to suit natural surroundings we take great pride in our design construction and service.

Based at 'Fulney Hall', Spalding, just off the A16, we are expanding our locations further a field to include Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Leicestershire.
